1. The service
MyFaxi connects you with licensed, insured local drivers for on-demand rides in and around Fayetteville, North Carolina. Rides are provided by Limousine Group Transportation LLC and its approved drivers.
2. Fares and payment
The fare shown before you request is an estimate based on the route and current rates. When you request a ride we place a temporary authorization on your card for the estimated fare; the final fare is charged when the trip is completed. Tips are optional and charged separately.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel free of charge within 10 minutes of a driver accepting your request. After that, a cancellation fee may be charged. If no driver accepts your request, it expires automatically and your card is not charged.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide an accurate pickup location and be ready when your driver arrives.
- Treat drivers and vehicles with respect. Abusive behavior may result in account suspension.
- Children must ride with an adult and in the appropriate car seat as required by North Carolina law.
5. Account
You must provide a valid mobile number and keep your login private. You are responsible for rides requested from your account.
6. Liability
Our drivers are commercially insured. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a ride is limited to the fare paid for that ride.
